Better Business Bureau
The Better Business Bureau is an advocate for ethics and self-regulation in the marketplace.

Donor's Forum of Wisconsin
The Donors Forum conducts regular meetings with elected and government officials to educate them on private philanthropy and encourage a two-way dialogue between private funders and public officials. The Forum also hosts meetings in Washington, D.C., and Madison for grantmakers.

Helen Bader Institute for Nonprofit Management (HBI), University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee
Under development for future course offering. This course will provide an intensive overview of current advocacy strategies used by nonprofit leaders and managers to advance their organizations' missions and inform public policies and attitudes.

Nonprofit Center of Milwaukee
The Center offers quarterly workshops, technical assistance and newsletter information regarding advocacy and lobbying for nonprofits including annual workshop with the Alliance for Justice. It offers a variety of publications from the Alliance and other sources and continues to provide a platform for nonpartisan discussion about critical issues facing nonprofits and strategies for addressing these issues as a sector. The Center is a member of Independent Sector.
